Below is a live list of all carriers supported by Dockflow for container tracking, booking, and bill of lading lookups.

The carrier is supported but my shipment has no data
Being on this list means Dockflow can retrieve data from that carrier. It does not guarantee that every shipment returns data, because what a carrier publishes varies per reference. The usual causes:
The carrier was not identified from the reference. Dockflow derives the carrier from the references you supply, including the container prefix. If the prefix is not mapped to the right carrier, no lookup is made against them and the shipment stays empty. Report these: the mapping is correctable and the fix applies to every shipment on that prefix.
The carrier publishes at container level but not at B/L level. Some carriers return a full transport plan for a B/L. Others return only the port of loading and port of discharge, with no containers and no milestones, while answering properly when asked by container number. Adding the container numbers to the tradeflow is the workaround.
The carrier has not released that part of the route. A carrier can confirm the deep-sea leg and not yet publish the onward feeder leg. There is no vessel and no ETA to show until they do.

Requesting a carrier, a vessel or a location
If a carrier is not on the list, or a vessel does not exist in Dockflow, contact [email protected]. Include the carrier name with its SCAC where you know it, or the vessel name with its IMO number.
The same applies to a port or location you cannot find when setting a POL or POD. Send the place name, the country, and the UN/LOCODE if you have it. Search on the UN/LOCODE first - a port is often present under a different spelling than the one you are typing, and a terminal within a large port may be listed under the port itself rather than by the terminal's own name.
