Dockflow in ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
You can look up your containers without opening Dockflow. Connect your Dockflow account once, then ask ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot about a container in plain language and get the answer in the chat.
What you can do
Ask about any container you can already see in Dockflow. For example:
- "Where is container MSCU1234567?"
- "When does MSCU1234567 arrive?"
- "Show me the ports for MSCU1234567"
You get back the container number, the tradeflow it belongs to and its reference, the port of loading with its estimated departure date, and the port of discharge with its estimated arrival date.
Which one should I use?

Both connect to the same Dockflow account and return the same information. Pick whichever you already have open during the day.
What it will not do
This is a read-only lookup. It is deliberately narrow, so it is worth knowing where the edges are.
- It cannot change anything. It cannot create, edit or delete a tradeflow, upload a document, or update a date. Everything happens in Dockflow itself.
- It only sees what you see. Results are limited to the tradeflows your Dockflow account already has access to. Connecting the app does not widen your permissions, and it does not give the assistant access to anyone else's shipments.
- It searches by container number. It is not a general search across your account.
- One container can appear more than once. If the same container is linked to several tradeflows, you get one result per tradeflow. That is expected, not a duplicate.
Your data
Both apps sign you in with your own Dockflow account and act as you. Your Dockflow password is never shared with ChatGPT or Microsoft.

Getting help
If a container does not come back, first check that it is visible to you in Dockflow itself. If it is, and the assistant still cannot find it, contact your Dockflow contact person or raise a ticket.
