Using Dockflow in ChatGPT

The Dockflow app for ChatGPT lets you ask about your containers in the chat, using your own Dockflow account.

Adding the app

1. Open the Dockflow app in ChatGPT.
2. Select Add.
3. When ChatGPT asks you to connect, sign in with your Dockflow account.
4. Approve the access request.

You only do this once. After that the app stays connected to your ChatGPT account.

Asking a question

Once connected, ask about a container by number:

• "Where is container MSCU1234567?"
• "When does MSCU1234567 arrive?"
• "What are the ports for MSCU1234567?"

If ChatGPT does not reach for Dockflow on its own, name it in the question: "Ask Dockflow where MSCU1234567 is."

What you get back

For every match, the answer includes:

Field	What it is
Container number	The full container number
Tradeflow	The tradeflow the container belongs to, and its reference
Port of loading	The load port, with the estimated departure date
Port of discharge	The final discharge port, with the estimated arrival date

If the same container sits on more than one tradeflow, you get one result per tradeflow. That is correct, not a duplicate.

Limits

• Read-only. The app can look things up. It cannot create, change or delete anything in Dockflow.
• Your own access only. You see the tradeflows your Dockflow account can already see. Connecting the app does not change your permissions.
• Container numbers. The lookup is by container number, not a general search.

If it does not find your container

1. Check the container number for typos.
2. Open Dockflow and confirm the container is visible to your account. If it is not visible there, the app cannot see it either.
3. If it is visible in Dockflow but the app cannot find it, contact your Dockflow contact person or raise a ticket.

Privacy and terms

The app signs you in with your own Dockflow account. Your Dockflow password is never shared with OpenAI.
