Dockflow — Search/track ocean containers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dockflow app for ChatGPT ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description​

The App provides ocean container search and tracking functionality within ChatGPT. You can search for containers by number and receive shipping logistics data including port names, estimated departure/arrival dates, and tradeflow references.

2. Account Requirements​

To use the App, you must:

  • Have a valid Dockflow account
  • Authenticate via OAuth when prompted
  • Be at least 13 years of age

3. Acceptable Use​

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for legitimate container tracking purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent access controls or authentication
  • Not use the App to collect data in bulk or for automated scraping
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

4. Data and Accuracy​

Container tracking data is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, shipping data depends on information from carriers and port operators, and may be delayed or incomplete. Dockflow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data.

Do not rely solely on data from this App for time-critical logistics decisions.

5. Intellectual Property​

The App, its content, and its underlying technology are owned by Dockflow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Availability​

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses resulting from inaccurate or delayed tracking data.

8. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if your Dockflow account is deactivated. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
