Infrastructure​

Dockflow's infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region, ensuring data residency within the European Union. Secure global edge networking is provided by Cloudflare, which handles DDoS protection, CDN capabilities, and SSL termination.

Uptime​

Dockflow strives for a 99.9% uptime for all of its clients. Uptime is monitored constantly from worldwide locations by Solarwinds Pingdom and displayed at status.dockflow.com.

Security​

Dockflow implements multiple layers of security to protect customer data:

Encryption:

  • All API endpoints are SSL encrypted (HSTS enabled on all domains and subdomains)
  • Database encryption at rest and in transit
  • Encrypted configuration management for sensitive credentials

Authentication & Access Control:

  • JWT-based API authentication
  • Magic link and password authentication options for users
  • Multi-tenant architecture with entity-based access control
  • Role-based permissions within customer organizations

Network Security:

  • Network segmentation and firewall rules
  • No direct public access to infrastructure servers
  • SSH tunnels for secure administrative access
  • Rate limiting on API endpoints

Data Protection​

Dockflow is a Belgian company with infrastructure hosted in the EU (Azure West Europe), supporting GDPR compliance requirements.

Data isolation:

  • Multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation between customers
  • All database queries are scoped to the authenticated customer's organization
  • Customer data is never shared or accessible across tenants
